Dear Mr. Smeed,
Further to our recent removal programme. I would like to thank you and your staff for the efficient manner in which the moves were carried out.
The removal was in two phases:

· Phase 1
· Moving 220 staff internally whilst builders dismantled and re-erected new offices at the same time This made the removal a difficult operation at all times. The removal, working day and night, was completed on Sunday as agreed during previous planning meetings.

· Phase 2

· The packing, removal and dismantling of the complete law library. This was carried out during the week and over the weekend, again working day and night.
The law book stock was packed into special trolleys supplied by yourselves, which enabled all books and shelves to be stored in the exact order in which they were moved. Your maintenance team dismantled and re-erected the racking, which involved moving and adjusting shelves to suit the new library system.
Once again, thank you for your assistance with these moves and I look forward to working with you in the near future.
